1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to websites and related services operated by or on behalf of Appointment House LLC (dba “Appointment House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are important and affect your legal rights, so please review them carefully. This Agreement includes a mandatory arbitration provision requiring disputes to be resolved on an individual basis and limiting available remedies.
By accessing or using our websites and related services (collectively, the “Appointment House Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Appointment House Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so, and if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Appointment House Services.
You further represent that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Appointment House Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Appointment House Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. User Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to provide information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your access.
By submitting information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Appointment House, including emails and system notifications.
We may also send promotional communications. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe instructions.
3. SMS Program
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive messages related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and related services.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” After doing so, you will receive confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Appointments; Release of Appointment House
The Appointment House Services allow service providers (“Agents”) to receive and manage appointments from prospective clients (“Prospects”). By submitting your information, you become a Prospect and consent to being matched with an Agent.
BY REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT APPOINTMENT HOUSE OPERATES AS A LEAD GENERATION AND APPOINTMENT DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM ONLY AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY AGENTS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.
YOU AGREE THAT AGENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED. YOU RELEASE APPOINTMENT HOUSE AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM DISPUTES WITH AGENTS OR THIRD PARTIES.
5. License to Use Services
All content and materials within the Appointment House Services (“Content”) are owned by Appointment House or its licensors and protected by law.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: (a) commercially exploit the Services; (b) distribute or publicly display content; (c) modify or create derivative works; (d) use scraping or data extraction tools; (e) interfere with system operations; or (f) use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
6. Trademarks
“Appointment House” and related marks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Appointment House Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
9. Rights in User Content
By submitting content, you grant Appointment House a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content as permitted by law.
10. Feedback
Any feedback you provide becomes the sole property of Appointment House and may be used without restriction or compensation.
11. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked to our platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appointment House from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Disclaimers
THE APPOINTMENT HOUSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY AGENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOINTMENT HOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
15. Arbitration
ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION.
16. Class Action Waiver
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
17. Termination
We may terminate access to the Services at any time without notice.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
19. Notice
Notices to us must be sent to info@appointmenthouse.com. We may provide notices electronically.
20. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
21. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Appointment House.
